Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Evergreen Ridge Agent Hub (the “platform”), a private tool operated by Evergreen Ridge Real Estate. By accessing the platform, you agree to these Terms.

The platform is a private, confidential network. Everything on it is shared for coordination among approved Evergreen Ridge agents, their authorized assistants, and brokerage staff — and no one else. By using it, you agree to keep its contents within that network.

Who may use the platform

The platform is for approved Evergreen Ridge agents, the assistants they authorize, and brokerage staff only. Accounts require administrator approval, and access may be suspended or revoked at any time — for example, when you leave the brokerage.

Confidentiality of the network

All content on the platform — listings, open-house requests, property details, photos, and contact information — is confidential to the Evergreen Ridge network.
You agree not to share, republish, export, or distribute that content, or give your access to it, to anyone outside the approved network of agents, authorized assistants, and staff.
Do not post the platform’s contents to public websites, consumer portals, social media, or any audience outside the brokerage.

Your account

Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. Assistants you authorize act on your behalf, and you are responsible for the access you grant them.

Acceptable use

Provide accurate listing and open-house information.
Use the platform only for legitimate brokerage coordination.
Comply with all applicable laws and professional obligations, including MLS rules, Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) requirements, and fair-housing laws.
Do not scrape, bulk-download, reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform.
Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or misleading content, or content you do not have the right to share.

Your content

You are responsible for the accuracy of the listings and information you post. You grant Evergreen Ridge Real Estate permission to display your content within the platform for coordination purposes. Listing data here may be preliminary and is not a substitute for the MLS or official records.

No warranty

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evergreen Ridge Real Estate and its service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms, or as needed to protect the platform and its users.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
